Do you accept returns? Yes, if item is not damaged and package is suitable for resale. You’ll be responsible for cost of return. 

How many days does a customer have to return the product? 14-day

What’s your response to a return? Exchange only or you can opt for store credit.

Do you refund the shipping costs, or cover the cost of the return shipment?. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping cost or cover the cost of returned shipments, as a small business this is just not feasible for us.
